We are looking for a Campaign Marketer to take the lead in developing and executing high-quality, integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns. What will you do

As Campaign Marketer at midocean, your mission is to increase the share of wallet with our existing customers and acquire new customers. You will achieve this by developing and executing powerful, integrated and multi-faceted marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Your tasks include:

-          Translating market developments, opportunities and insights from data into clear and concrete objectives for high-impact campaigns for all marketing channels.

-          Developing, testing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that increase our b2b sales both online and offline.

-          Setting goals and targets for all phases of the customer journey and selecting the right tools, using your experience in marketing automation and email marketing to achieve customer conversions on various platforms.

-          Coordinate, optimise and align campaigns with procurement and the international sales teams, among others.

The team

As Campaign Marketer, you will be part of midocean's marketing department. You will mainly work with the Digital designers, Product Marketer, the digital department and the Corporate Marketing manager to whom you’ll report. You will also work with our marketing colleagues in France.

What we are looking for:

At midocean, we highly value teamwork, a proactive mindset, problem-solving ability and a strong sense of responsibility. We value individuals who demonstrate these qualities as they contribute to our collective success and drive our organisation forward. To be successful in this role, you must have:

-          HBO working and thinking level and solid experience as a campaign marketer (both online and offline).

-          Experience with email marketing and marketing automation. SEO/SAO, online advertising, retargeting and affiliate have no secrets for you.

-          A strong vision and solid understanding of customer behaviour.

-          An early adopter mindset so you are always on top of the latest trends and developments.

-          Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
