Print and delivery lead times

At Solo midocean we understand the importance of being able to offer an overnight personalisation service.

Therefore, we have engineered our processes in such a way that orders are printed and shipped as fast as 24 hours from print proof approval, depending on the material being printed, the print technique used and quantity ordered.

Below you can find links to the website of our 4 main forwarders. The tracking code of your order will be sent to your email address when your order is finished and handed over to that forwarder. If you have ordered “products from stock”, the tracking code will also be available in your “My Account” under the tab “Order history”.

Can I split the delivery address of an order?

Yes it is possible with a max of 5 addresses per order. But to place an order with multiple delivery addresses, you would need to contact your sales representative.

Do you offer fast delivery options?

We do offer air freight for most orders. However, orders that contain products that can not be delivered through air freight (due to safety reasons) are bound to standard delivery.​

Is it possible to add special handling labels at anytime?

Yes it is but only before order approval. Once an order has been approved it is not possible to add this service anymore ​
