International Marketing Manager 

Location: Ede, NL            Working hours: 32 – 40 hours                     Level: Experienced

What you’ll be doing

As Marketing Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives to propel brand engagement and drive market presence. Develop marketing strategies, manage a dynamic team, and collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives. Your main responsibilities are:

 

-          Develop and implement a full funnel marketing strategy, in order to:

o   Grow share of wallet and customer loyalty among existing customers;

o   Solidify brand positioning and grow brand awareness, aimed at new business opportunities;

-          Manage and distribute marketing budgets for maximum ROI;

-          Determine marketing KPI’s and objectives and translate into strategic and tactical goals;

-          Lead and expand the marketing team, offering coaching and guidance;

-          Analyze market trends and competitors’ methods and adjust strategies accordingly;

-          Collaborate with regional sales managers, in order to increase market share across Europe;

-          Track and report KPI’s to management.

The team

As International Marketing Manager, you will be leading midocean's marketing department. You will mainly work with designers, Proposition Marketing Specialist, Campaign marketer (currently vacant), Digital marketer the digital department. You will also work with our marketing colleagues in France.

This is you

-          Proven track record in international B2B marketing;

-          At least 5 years of experience in a marketing management position;

-          Strong leadership abilities;

-          Data driven, analytical and result driven;

-          Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving aptitude;

-          Excellent English, Dutch optional;

-          Available for 32-40 hours;

-          Located within travelling distance of Ede, Gelderland.
